Intake/Consultation
Rachel offers a brief 15min intake/consultation phone call with clients to assess their needs and goals for therapy. During this call, clients are welcome to ask questions that they may have about Rachel and the services she offers.

Therapy Services
Upon completing the first 15min intake/consultation phone call, Rachel will schedule your first session. Sessions are 50min in length.
Therapy may be short or long term, depending on the client’s needs and goals.
​
Rachel uses a a variety of different therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and more.
